1. Decomposition burner
a. Drain the oil from the heating oil pool. Remove the power line, air pipe, oil feeding pipe and power line of oil pump motor. Remove the burner.
b. Unscrew the fixing screw of the flame stabilizing disc and remove the flame stabilizing disc. Unscrew the burner cover plate screw, open the cover plate, pull out the electrode cable, unscrew the electrode fixing screw and remove the electrode.
c. Unscrew the bolts of the oil pipe connecting the fuel injection head and the oil suction pipe, and remove the oil pipe. (loosen the connecting bolts and fixing nuts of the intake pipe) unscrew the nozzle connected to the intake pipe. Remove the fuel injection nozzle from the nozzle. Remove the O-ring on the fuel injection nozzle.
d. Open the cover of the thermostat box, unscrew the screw fixed on the heating oil pool, and remove the thermostat box and the temperature sensor in the heating oil pool from the heating oil pool. Unscrew the nut fixing the heating wire and take out the heating wire. Unscrew the nut fixing the oil suction pipe in the heating oil pool and remove the oil suction pipe.
e. Unscrew the screw at the bottom of the filter tank to drain the oil. Unscrew the screw in the middle of the upper cover of the filter tank, open the upper cover of the filter tank and take out the filter screen. The components of the burner that need cleaning and maintenance have been disassembled.
2. Clean burner components
a. Remove the scale on the flame stabilizing plate and open the gap. Remove carbon deposits from the electrode.
b. Clean the fuel injection nozzle, nozzle, oil pipe and oil suction pipe with carburetor cleaning agent. If there is dirt on the wall of oil pipe and oil suction pipe, clean it with a straight strip. Check whether the O-ring is intact and replace it if necessary. Do not clean the O-ring with carburetor cleaner.
c. Remove oil dirt from the heating wire and temperature sensor. Remove the oil sludge at the bottom of the heating oil pool.
d. Clean the filter tank and filter screen. Drain the oil in the oil storage tank, remove the oil sludge at the bottom and clean the oil tank.
3. Assemble in reverse order of disassembly
When installing the electrode, pay attention to the gap between the electrode (2.5mm) and other parts. (grounding is not allowed) after assembly, add oil to the heating oil pool to the liquid level mark, and then install it for use. (the above maintenance of burner shall be carried out once a year.)
4. Routine maintenance
1. Clean the flame stabilizing plate (3-15 days according to the cleanliness of fuel oil and the utilization rate of burner)
Methods: take down the burner, clean the flame stabilizing disc with carburetor cleaning agent, remove carbon deposition and coking, and keep the disc surface gap unobstructed. At the same time, check the ignition electrode gap (2.5 mm). Clearance between electrode and other parts. (not grounded)
2. Clean the fuel injection head and oil pipe (once every three months): blow high-pressure air at the fuel injection nozzle and clear the oil circuit. (do not clean the fuel injection nozzle with carburetor cleaner)
3. Clean the filter screen, photoreceptor and oil spill tank (clean it in time according to the use situation)
