Why do waste incinerators use burners?

Time:2020-11-09 Click:

Waste incinerator is a kind of equipment used for harmless treatment of medical or domestic waste. Waste incinerator burner is the supporting equipment of waste incinerator, which is divided into ignition burner and auxiliary burner. The function of the ignition burner is to ignite the garbage when the furnace is cold. After the garbage stabilizes the burner, the ignition burner exits the furnace to avoid overheating of the combustion head. The function of the auxiliary burner is to make the gas and garbage burn together, so as to stabilize the furnace temperature at about 850 ℃ and the residence time of flue gas is not less than 2S.

When the calorific value of garbage is lower than 8500kj / kg, the combustion air needs to be heated; When the temperature of flue gas in the furnace is lower than 7500 ℃ and the heating rate of waste gas in the furnace is not lower than 850 ℃, the heating rate of waste gas shall not meet the requirements of kJ / 850. When the calorific value of garbage is greater than 8500kj / kg, no auxiliary burner can be set, and only temporary ignition burner can be set.
